I went out for lunch yesterday. Got the green curry rice bowl at milestones and shared a slice of key lime pie . I only ate a third of my meal. I brought it home for dinner. I added some prawns and shared it with hubby. It's hard to believe that I used to eat a full order for myself plus dessert.The serving size was huge.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
