Since recipes never seem to be approved, I thought I would share my favorite home made salad dressing I came up with about a month or so ago.....
Salad Dressing1/2 C. Heinz No Salt Ketchup
2 tsp. French's Honey Mustard
2 tsp. homemade Tofu Mayo
3-4 drops Tabasco
1/4 tsp. Dill weed
1/4 tsp. Curry powder
1/4 tsp. Ground mustard
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix well with a whisk.

I don't track carbs or sugar for myself so I don't have that information on hand...
If you double the recipe, I don't double the Tabasco unless you like it real hot.....

Tofunaise340g soft tofu
2 Tbsp cider or white vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp (2g) Ground Turmeric
1 tsp honey or sugar or stevia (optional)
1/8 tsp (2g) cayenne (optional)
2 Tbsp olive or vegetable or canola oil (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
Blend ingredients in food processor or blender till smooth & creamy.
NOTE:
I used the food processor, cider vinegar, 1/2 packet of Great Value Stevia, spray canola oil and No Salt.
After blending, my wife and I kept taste testing till it was what we wanted.
We didn't add anything that wasn't on the list and nothing extra that added any calories, etc....
