You probably don't remember, but back in the summer we were discussing that our daily calorie burn seems to drop off a cliff after menopause. According to whoop I was burning 1858 a day. Pretty low considering how active I am. I am delighted to report that I have pushed this up to 2000 a day. I don't know how this had happened as my activity levels remain the same. But it helps the whole input/output balance 🙂

Maybe more steps you don’t realize in addition to exercise (e.g., less TV, more cleaning, errands in person instead of delivery if you were ordering things previously, or less sedentary social activities with crowds who are healthier people, etc). That is good, if that’s why!
