Well, I do good for a few days, then I fall off the wagon. Try to get back on the wagon, then fall off again. However, made a big change starting today. I renewed my gym membership! Very excited!! Went with Mom and Sis this morning and completed almost 3 miles on the exercise bike in 15 minutes. Is that good? I was pretty happy with it considering how little exercise I have had the last couple years. I would have gone longer, but I had to get ready for work. Anyway, hoping the gym will really help my weight and my energy. I always feel a big boost after working out, but not sure how long it will last me through the day. Got my meals planned for this week--whole grain cereal for breakfast, soup and salad for lunch, yogurt and fruit for snack. Dinner are not as healthy, but will just have to watch portions and drink water, water, water! Thinking if I chug some water everytime I have a craving, it should help! Will have to log my meals after while. Anyway, hope everyone has a great day!
