Okay, story time.

I was doing pretty good on Friday, co-worker brought in donuts and donut holes and I was able to resist eating any. I figured even just one donut hole was going to be 7g of carbs and I would much rather eat 7g of veggies than that tiny sugary ball of temptation. That was as far as my willpower went this weekend.

Weekend rolls around, and I finally get to spend some time with my boyfriend. Between my 8-5 desk job and his shift work we hardly see each other. Sometimes he's coming home when I'm heading out the door and vice versa. On Saturday, he wanted to go to have salad at a local pizzeria, so we went and I kind of lost control. I splurged on things that did not have much carbs in them but way too much cheese.

I was going to go to a house warming party later that day and decided to cancel it because not many people were going to be able to make it. I decided to hang out with my friend anyway, because I haven't seen her in a while. Turns out she was going to fix dinner for me and I did not find out till I got there. I didn't want to be rude and refuse any of her food so I just ate what was prepared for me. We had breaded Tilapia , green beans, and rice. I didn't think eating a large amount of carbs would affect me that much considering I haven't been on this diet for that long (5 days). Boy was I wrong, I felt like I had a rock in my stomach as soon as I got done with the meal.

So my first day of the weekend didn't go great diet wise. Sunday, I ended up having sushi with my boyfriend. No excuses there. He had sushi cravings and asked if it was okay for us to go. I decided it has been a while since we've gone and I already fell off the wagon yesterday, since my reserve was broken I will just start on Monday again.

So here's to a better week, with a stronger resolve.
