I'm wondering what I should eat before my workout? what do you eat? I read that eating carbs before and protein after is what I should be doing.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just eat regular meals at their regular times; nothing special before or after work outs. I drink plenty of water during and after work outs.
