Back to focusing, exercising, and losing weight toward my goal. Really it is much more about getting back to where I was last Friday AM. TOO much good food for the last 3 days, and of course it is not recorded. BUT, there was an excessive amount of salt, sugar, and fat consumed from Friday PM through Sunday. That water weight jacked up my weight from 199 to 206 this AM. I am sure there is some caloric weight gain too, but certainly not enough for 7 pounds. I must admit, we had some really good food and a Mt. Vernon birthday cake for our daughter that was delicious. OK, it's time to get on the bike and cycle about 22 miles. Every one have a great Monday, and be well. I always enjoy the comments everyone writes on the FS journal sites. It is good to see the successes and all of the comments.
