I am loving this brand of sauces for the nights I just want to throw something together quickly. Not overboard on sodium or calories, and I recognize all the ingredients on the label. Using it with tempeh, carrots, mushrooms & spinach tonight

Indian food is just amazing, Morticia. 😋 Really complex flavors. I'd encourage you to try it!

MyanW -- that's actually a steamer. I don't know exactly why, but I find I like tempeh better if I steam it for 10 minutes before cooking it. Maybe it cuts the bitterness? Not sure. Regardless, steamed it, then sauteed it with the mushrooms to brown it a bit. My husband loved the final dish

Writingwyo-oh okay make sense, I normally pick up tempeh that’s in a block today I saw some that are cubes will have to try them out. I did see your seasoning in the jar I almost bought it but there is no way I can use all that in 7 days looks great tho.

Tempeh 5 grain is great. I use to make burritos with it.

Haven't tried the 5 grain, jenjabba. I'll look for it! Our groceries here are a bit limited, so might not be available

The 5 grain was white wave. I would cut into strips. Fry up. Put in flour tortilla with some enchilada sauce. Maybe some cottage cheese, spinach etc. Bake with sauce and cheddar on top. 🥳
