I notice you eat bananas often and quite a few of them. I’m super curious about this…they just something you really enjoy or meeting a specific dietary need? I find banana’s have got a bad wrap over the years when it’s come to weight loss perhaps. 🤔

@le-ah: These are actually the foods I enjoy. I love all fruits, chocolate, breads etc. overconsumption of anything leads to weight gain. There’s nothing wrong with bananas. Fake natty fitness influencers brought up the lies saying it’s bad. But then why they are binging on cheat meals such as donuts pizza etc. In fact consuming more fruits is really good for diabetes as it’s fibre rich and also it curbs the sweet tooth and so does the dark chocolate which are even better antioxidants. But keep the food intake in moderation. Don’t over consume or don’t starve both are bad. 😊😊😊

Lovely. I enjoy seeing what people post for meals and see what they enjoy. I tend to eat what I enjoy too nowadays, in moderation and within a daily calorie range. I’m over the dieting days long ago that restricted whole food groups. Led to a very unhealthy relationship with food and far too restrictive eating.

@le-ah: Exactly we need to enjoy what we eat rather than stressing about diets. We all deserve to enjoy our meals. Unless you’re competing for shows you don’t have to worry about all little details. We can still get in shape with what we eat. Exercise, being active, being happy will bring the good health. 🤙🙌🫡
