Been a rough couple of days. Not sure if it’s related to takeout food Saturday, stress, cooties, something else or a combo of things…But I’ve been not feeling it mentally or physically the last couple of days…

That’s what the last couple of days have been. Hoping to “Get back after it” this afternoon. See how we feel after work though. 😎

Sometimes our bodies just need rest and a reset so if your not up to it later don't push it. Your doing well and contuine to.
