This morning I did: MrandMrsMuscle - 32 minute Full Body & Abs Strength HIIT Workout with weights
with 6.5kg weights and my resistance band.
Not my favourite workout and I don't think I'll be trying any more from this channel. I just felt like she was doing her own workout and there was no engagement. I far prefer HASfit, Kayleigh, Caroline, Funk & Angela, Jessica, Sydney, Juice & Toya and Heather and lots of others who make you feel like you're doing it together. I also didn't like her being on the bottom half of the screen with the timer bottom left as well. I think it would be far better if she's centred with the timer top right, but that's just me nit-picking.
Anyhoo, workout done, burned a few calories. Did 10k steps yesterday. Trying to keep water in-take up and sticking to calories so far. If it's a maintain this week that's fine, but the next 6 weeks need to count so something's gotta give.
Hope you all have a Wicked Wednesday in the good sense! I'm just hoping for no rain later when I have to walk to work. :) xxx

LOL, i feel the same way about certain instructors on the app i use. Two, in particular, are excellent at kicking my butt, the other two, meh, too easy or annoying.

Aah, it's cool that you have that set up LB! I need to faff around a bit to get it to play on my TV so I just get it going on my phone usually. And sometimes my laptop if I'm bothered to clear a space for it. :)
