I have been sick for the past few days. I guess my body is adjusting to the vegetarian lifestyle. However, I feel much better. I went into the yard cut a fresh leaf off the aloe vera plant, scooped out the gel,soaked it in water for an hour, added some lime juice and some sweetner, simple aloe drink. And Abracadabra I was cured.
So now my aloe drink is consumed twice a day everyday.

I am glad to see the weight did not go up. After a little chocolate and liquor yesterday...I'm only human...it's my reward for the this month.
