no weight loss this week. I had a doctor's appointment on the 4th floor of the building. just so happened, the elevator was out of service and I had to take the stairs. I had no problems doing it. I think the workouts are starting to pay off.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
