Hubby doesn't want to go to the Gym today. He says go tomorrow & we'll be back on track ☆ Rather than skip a workout, I've decided to do one at home. I won't be able to do everything I can at tbe Gym, but it will still be moving my body :-)

I did a workout this afternoon after having 2 short power outages. No walk since it's been raining all day. My weights are lighter, so I wrapped a couple of 5 pound dumbbells together so I at least had 10 lbs. for a few exercises. Lighter than the Gym, but better than doing nothing.
