this weekend was a mess. hubby ordered pizza and I could not resist. The pizza put me off my diet all weekend. I just ate garbage. but today I am back on my plan and will lose the 2 lb I gained and no more pizza. damn it!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find pizza so hard to resist or stick to a reasonable portion! I do find what’s most important is getting back on track after though!

Pizza gets me too. If it weren’t bad for chasing my goals, pizza would almost be the perfect food! 🍕 😋

I make my own pizza in the air fryer, on purchased(on sale) naan bread for crusts. Takes 5 minutes and portion control is regulated by the size of the naan bread and the air fryer. It sounds a bit weird I suppose, but it works for me, and it’s delicious! (And cheap, which also helps.)
