I do every once in a while. Not for weight loss though. Too many of the claims related to fasting are far too overblown. I do it for the psychological/emotional/mental benefits. And I believe it’s good for us to be uncomfortable periodically. Not in pain or anything like that, but not all cozy, warm and fed either.
Being comfortable with being uncomfortable is a handy tool to have in your back pocket too. 😎
