I went to the doctor after Christmas and we were talking about my weight. He suggested I cut back on my carbs. I told him I get shaky if I go to low. He told me to cut carbs at dinner. Also to cut sugar down. I eat normal foods for breakfast and lunch. Then zero carbs for dinner and bedtime snack. I have lost 2.1 pounds in a week. I’ll take that! I just turned 73. I’m 26 lbs over what the doctor wants and I’m not diabetic. If I can lose 1 pound a week I’ll be happy.
