diet: ate over my reg cal intake 1897 cal macros were way off too wayyyy over ... but tomorrow is another day I won't stress about it! i'll get back to it tomorrow and i'll take off 100 cal tomorrow so i'll track 1550cal

mood : still sick very letargic with nausea and with a cold sore still ate tho lol
