I don’t make my lunches all at the same time, but do make my lunch when I’m making my son’s every morning, and it’s been probably the biggest factor in my progress so far! That and cutting out late night snacking.

So true— for everything in life. There is always at least 2 options in my freezer and fridge so that I don’t need to resort to takeout. Although I have also just skipped that meal, too. Not gonna die from waiting a few hours for healthy food.
