Hi Friends!
I hope that you all had a great week, or a better week next week! Happy Lords day! (Sunday) Smile!

Okay, I know...I am stress eating, I eat when I know that I shouldn't. I eat what I really don't want or crave. I think that i am emotionally eating too! This ticks me off! grr! I am now asking myself, “why are you doing this?” I really don't know?? Two nights ago I went to bed with Shh...Ice cream. Then, when I woke up the next morning, I was verbally beating myself up. Yikes!

I am back on my diet! I am upset today that I have allowed myself to gain some more of this weight back.

I could really use your support Buddies!
This has got to stop!
Lastly...I hate it because I can never Eat Foods that I love-like"Ice Cream! :( Thanks for listening friends! Your Buddy~Ann

I understand for a month or more Ive been losing and gaining the same 9 to 10 pounds and I am tired of it and I am restanting out loud to my self and others started today why I started in the 1st place and keeping my self bizzy I feel stronger as I repeat this I still long food all as this keeps me accountable and puts in front of me tosee and I need to spend more deliberate scheduled rest time with the LORD and start eercising as I just joined the YMCA at 60% off at 22.00 mth. the more I do this I beleive Im getting back on track. I don't know if any of this will help you I pray it does. Take what works for you and leave what doesn't all my support and prayers are with your wallk. all Blessings from GOD and Amen Shalom to you and yours, from me and mine
