Normally I use Steel Cut Oats, Greek yogurt, Berries, Seeds, and Whey powder…but today it’s the more expensive but super convenient Kreatures of Habit overnight oats. I have a stash for when I don’t have a goal supporting meal ready to go. This saves me from getting cafeteria or drive thru breakfast/lunch in a pinch, so it’s worth the expense for me. I just can’t afford to eat them all the time.
