Completely bombed my diet to day thanks to lunch at Applebees and then "pot-luck" food at a birthday party. Buuuut.... I started out the day with an hour long pilates class and then finished it with the Chest, Arms & Back cd of p90x and the Ab Ribber X. So i dont feel like today was totally ruined.
I may be pushing it too hard doing Pilates twice a week with a daily p90x routine but I'm incredibly determined. I think if I feel like I am pushing myself too hard I will drop the dvds, and just pick them up again later.

Looks like you did "Day 1" of the Classic P90X routine. P90X is a heck of a commitment on top of work and other routines. I, often, found myself finishing P90X in the evening after work and didn't get to eat dinner until 9:00-9:30. Stick with it. It's quite the challenge, but you can do it.
