Just looked at my weight history...Though I'm down a bit, my weight was lower at the beginning of the year. Hopefully, this thanksgiving wont wreck me..

Am I the only one subconsciously/ consciously trying to figure out how to manage Thanksgiving dinner? Mentally, I'm thinking... white meat is pretty lean. If I take that and put it on a mound of salad, it should fill me and I'll be ok. Then I can treat myself to some stuffing. I'll try to avoid the mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, biscuits, and everything else on Thursday. And have them individually the following days with more turkey and salad. So I only have the high calorie stuff once a day. That's the idea... the execution is a different story.

You could get a head start on the calorie management by getting a workout in or a 3-5 mile walk. My neighborhood resembles a chaotic marathon the morning of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
