Well, this week went a little better!! :)

I know you will hit a plateau from time to time, but it doesn't make it any easier. Especially if you've followed the diet exactly (no cheating at all). But then you turn around the next week, and you don't follow quite as closely and - you lose weight . . . go figure!!

However it happens, I have come off the plateau and lost a little. Yippee!!! :)

nice job! i hit one a few weeks ago and someone recommended green tree extract to me and it has helped get the scale to drop again!
