After taking off a few years for covid, I’m finally getting back on track. I’m probably going to retire next year and I want to be healthy and enjoy the rest of my life, just not on the couch. I’ve been biking and watching my intake instead of keto and through exercise + calorie deficit I’ve lost 20 lbs.
