Hey Leah, So this wrap is a protein wrap, I toasted one side with butter, then took it out of the pan and put a stirred egg into the pan. Then put the wrap on top of that while it was cooking so it would stick. Once it was close to done I flipped it over stuck some cheese and veg in the middle and folded it over!
Haha, it’s my hack for wanting a cheesy stuffed quesadilla but with lots of protein!
