I used fat secrets many years ago. I moved to my fitness pal and then to loseit. Been with loseit for 18 months. In those months I only lost 10 lbs. I thought I would try this again. Only been here for a few days and already I have more motivation and have learned a few things. This community is a lot more informative and friendly. I have been in the forums reading everything. I think I can see where I have been going wrong. I was told that its all about calories in Calories out, doesn't matter what you eat and exercise isn't needed. Seeing pictures of your foods has shown me that I am eating a lot of crap. I'm also going to start with some light exercise. I have no date that I need to lose the weight so there is no hurry or stressing.
