Yesterday went ok, I guess after having Fibro for 25 years I've learned to deal with it reasonable. The added arthritis is making it harder to deal with sometimes but at least I'm still around and I like that.

The fish turned out pretty good yesterday I didn't know how to log it so I guessed at it. I wish I had tried to make hush puppies from the almond meal so that's something I'll work on next time. I've made it a couple of days with cake and ice cream in the house, it really bothered me the first day but I made some LC Brownies yesterday and took care of that want.

Even though this will be a short week I hope it will be less hectic than the last couple of weeks. I really don't care for errand running and I seem to have a lot of that lately. And of course errand running means spending money and I'm trying to watch that a bit closer too. Such is life.

WTG on avoiding cake/ice cream when it's so readily available . . . I think you'll find (at least it's been the case for me), that the longer you abstain the easier it becomes to resist -- have a good week!
