i am counting my calories and i know that i probably should be eating more but i don't want to eat when i'm not hungry. i lost a good amount in the first week and a half probaby due to drinking so much water but i am stagnant now. i've been at 186 now since 9/24 averaging 5600 - 6600 calories a week. i guess more research to be done or i just can't do the intermittent fasting while counting calories i'm not sure :(
84.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

I think you should listen to your body and that sense that you’re not eating enough.
