Was 160 lbs down by far left pic and hit a slow down. Calories + cardio were on point. Weights + more protein were a game changer. I train while watching trash TV. Set of adjustable dumbbells + yoga mat. Pics from rare gym visits. 6 mths ago thru yesterday

Thanks ericahollister 😊 Despite the pics, I rarely go to the gym. My cardio is swimming 5-6x a week (for the mind as much as the body) and I strength train for 45 min 5x a week in front of my TV at home using adjustable dumbbells and a yoga mat for core exercises. Watching TV doesn’t feel as lazy if I’m working out while I watch 😊
