I have to get my motivation to exercise back and get my butt back in the gym.

You don't have to wait till you can get to the gym! Try and fit a bit more walking into every day, or try some of the workouts from YouTube at home. If you look at the Sassies forum, you will see daily suggestions posted there. I can't do most of them, but you're younger, you might be able to! Good luck!
