Monday is normally my day to start exercising again after being somewhat sedentary on Sunday. However, there was some physical work that had to be accomplished, though certainly not as strenuous as my daily exercise routine. 10000 steps will be completed plus some, and at least 3000 calories will be burnt. On the other side, lunch was at a restaurant we love called the Colorado Grill. As my daily summary will note, there was grilled cod, fried okra (it says Cracker Barrel but was not), a salad with dressing, bread & butter, and a few pistachios. That was about 1000 calories, so we are having our daily "real" lunch for dinner. On the real positive side, the weight was at 203 this A.M. which is a drop of 8/10 of a pound from yesterday. That excited me since it is the first time to be at 203 since April 4th 2023. My wife is really good about preparing delicious and nutritious meals, and it is a quality that is truly appreciated. Tomorrow is "golf" day, so the burned calories will be higher, but not as high as one of my true hardcore exercise days. And, I am looking forward to a wonderful day on the golf course. Everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and losing / maintaining your weight. It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood. God is good !!
