Today I'm having quinoa, chicken salad, a Homemade walnut brownie, and drinking pomegranate tea. what a beautiful sunny day it is today!!! 

All sounds and looks good!

@deb4422rah I'm so sorry I didn't mean to tempt you, but I made sure not to make them to sweet, and I used just a little bit of chocolate chips on the top while they were hot and spread them where it looks like frosting then added the walnuts on top, its really good and it does the trick.  

Awww thanks so much Redporchlady I appreciate that, I thank God that I'm a positive person by nature. My Dad told me when I was a little girl I was always happy & smiling.
