I can't believe how much progress I've made with changing my calories weekly, based on my current weigh in and how much activity I am doing... I weighed 193.2 July 16th when I started recording calorie ranges. Recommended calories were 1750 per day if I wanted to lose 1lb with lite activity(exercise 1-3x per week). Today: 186.6lbs and 1710 calories! Only 40 less??? It doesn't seem that drastic, yet my daily activity is greater now since I have more energy! In fact, I'm lifting heavier now compared to then, so I burn more overall. Calorie deficit, FTW!!!
