Well I'm not surprised that there is not a drop in my weight, but I'll keep trying. They say a sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting different results, I'm trying to not think that's me. I don't want to change plans because I do feel better on Atkins except my back of course. But it does make me wonder if I should which to Paleo it still makes you leave off grains and I know grains make me hungrier and tired. But I also know the fats are keeping me satisfied. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

My eye Dr appointment wasn't so good. I had cataract surgery 2 years ago and the cataract has grown over the plastic lens they put in so now I have to have a lazer treatment and the retina fold is worse in the same eye and I need to have it removed after I'm released from the cataract Dr. It seems things just keep getting in the way of me going to help Sandy. It's in the Lords hands and I'll just see what works out. I'm not happy I feel like I'm letting her down. I haven't even been released from Jury Duty yet.

Looking at your food list, it really does look like you're not eating enough, those are some seriously low calories. I lost less and even stalled when eating sub 1000cal/day. My body was slowly shutting down various non-essential systems to save energy because the incoming fuel source was so low. Even though I was in Ketosis, my body became super efficient at using it's fuel. Check out plain 'ol 'Keto' as a WOE, it's what Atkins is based off of, the idea of low carbs to induce Ketosis so you can be a Fat/Keto burner and not a Glucose burner. You're most likely already in Ketosis by just checking out your food list, maybe relax a bit on the caloric restrictions? Mad props for being able to stick with such a VLC WOE but that will eventually become anti-productive and it's really counter intuitive. You, me and everyone else needs to eat more to loose weight. :D

Frosty, thanks for the input. I'm only 5' 3" tall that's why I try to stay at 1000 or less calories and I'm usually not hungry somewhere around 800. But I'll try to be sure to hit at least 1000 or a little more and see what happens. I'll also check out ' ol "Keto" and see if that's what I need. You always have such good input.
