We took a 4-hour trip west on Friday for a granddaughter's birthday and celebrated the whole weekend. She wanted a pineapple upside-down cake for her party. Friday night and all of Saturday we had "way to much good food" to eat. We had a great time. I had to skip dinner on Sunday night since we had a larger breakfast and more celebration on Sunday afternoon before leaving for our 4-hour trip back. There was no exercise over the weekend. Today, am back on the bike and did 86 minutes & 22.4 miles at a moderate pace (15.6 mph),..no speed racing today. Back to eating properly, and should have this weekend's extra food and weight back to normal by the end of the week. Had our normal Monday breakfast with 2 eggs, Healthy Life toast, 2 oz juice, and a Laughing Cow cheese. Lunch was our normal salad, some pumpkin seeds, and prunes. A grand total of about 650 calorie total for both meals. I am looking forward to dinner since my wife is cooking some salmon plus whatever. Looking forward to playing golf tomorrow. The guys will have a great time and hopefully have a good score. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed time with your families. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. God is good !!
