One whole week of recording food. 💪 It's higher than I want it to be, but I almost always wake up starving and go to bed hungry. Protein and fiber look good so I'm not really sure why. Maybe I'm not eating enough, but my garmin's calculated calorie count begs to differ.
I completed my intervals this morning ✅ Now the rest of the day should be easy.
