One whole week of recording food. 💪 It's higher than I want it to be, but I almost always wake up starving and go to bed hungry. Protein and fiber look good so I'm not really sure why. Maybe I'm not eating enough, but my garmin's calculated calorie count begs to differ.

I completed my intervals this morning ✅ Now the rest of the day should be easy.

Ashley this may help you. When you are starving at night drink a cup of bone broth. You can make it from scratch or buy the powder you just have to add water to. Low calorie decent amount of protein and best thing-it makes you feel full. I used the Dr Kellyanne product but sure loads of them out there.
