Surprised me when WalkingSpree gave me the Million Steps badge, since I usually average about 5,000 steps a day. This has been since January, so I guess it adds up. I do actually walk more steps, but I use my phone to track, and I don't always carry it

Good for you, moko! 😁 It's an admirable goal, but not one I worry about for myself, since I figure I get "cheated" out of at least 1,000 steps a day because I'm always leaving my phone on a desk or counter while I run around the house or office 😉 I might try to up it when I retire next year, but for now, I figure what I'm doing is good enough

Thanks, otb 😊 MattRide, that sounds a little ambitious for me. I'd settle for finally getting to the top of Medicine Bow Peak and getting in good enough shape to backpack again. 😉 Plus, there are so many beautiful places in the American West I haven't even begun to explore! 😃
