Congrats! I have been working on upping my daily steps lately. 

Wow ! Inspiring 💪  

Good for you, moko! 😁 It's an admirable goal, but not one I worry about for myself, since I figure I get "cheated" out of at least 1,000 steps a day because I'm always leaving my phone on a desk or counter while I run around the house or office 😉 I might try to up it when I retire next year, but for now, I figure what I'm doing is good enough  

Thanks, MattRide! 😁 It just surprised me more than anything, since I'm not terribly ambitious about steps. 😂 I'm taking it as proof that even modest activity adds up

Thanks, otb 😊 MattRide, that sounds a little ambitious for me. I'd settle for finally getting to the top of Medicine Bow Peak and getting in good enough shape to backpack again. 😉 Plus, there are so many beautiful places in the American West I haven't even begun to explore! 😃
