switched out dinner for two nights and had broth soup and added green veggies and left over chicken meat. I woke up hungry in the mornings but held off eating by drinking some black decaf. still not tracking my meals but I am weighing most food portions to make sure I dont over eat. its very hot at 31 degC so I had a half a banana popsicle for a bit of a sweet treat to cool off.
