Pretty good day, not much done after work. Thursdays tend to be my lazy day. Should be mowing my grass.
I did get the ceiling mount up on the WOSS. So nice to have it there instead of anchoring it in my front door frame but will probably move it more toward the center of the room when I re-do the room. 30 minute TRX video workout though could not do all the planks, workin on that. Wasn't really hungry for dinner but did raid the blueberries and kept eating because they were good, mmmm at least good for me also.
