Happy Monday FS fam! I must admit I had to hesitate and really consider if it really is a “happy” Monday. I remember when Mondays sucked, then became the best day of the week, and now it is not the best day of the week but still a happy Monday. I am feeling grateful lately for my job, my family, etc... I usually complain here about my weight loss journey; and lately it's been more of a weight gain than loss. But for some reason I am feeling more positive. I guess I'm starting to embrace my body changes. I'm older and post menopause. The struggle with weight and my body not being able to do the things it use to do is no longer a mental fight but more leaning toward an experiment and understanding.
Still working on me... hopefully find the right process for this older version of me sooner rather than later. But still grateful I'm healthy.
