Still sorting out what my calorie limit is to lose weight. Also carbs. I have lost on Atkins and Dukan. Now, because of cholesterol and BP issues, I have to eat low carb veggies and fruits. I will eat sweet potato half and WW tortilla now and then. Strawberries, blueberries and apple. Green salad. High carb foods like rice, pasta and pizza are pretty much off my list.
