A few life developments in the past few years. Can't believe i forgot i had this account even though i use the website to track new calories. Menopause, Fiancé changing work schedule, kids out of the house basically & working from home as well. Many opportunities to eat bad and have a drink here and there due to boredom and no real energy to exert myself other than walking the dog 2-3 times a day. This is NOT how i want to be. My hormones are driving me crazy on top of it all. Starting slow with intermitten fasting, having carbs earlier in the day and if a sweet is needed at night something small. Using smaller plates and getting additional exercise in. its going to take some time. I just need to stay focused. In the Diet game slow and steady does win the race :)
