Had to change blood pressure medication. So hard to balance carbs and still get enough fibre. Also on cholesterol medicine. Had done years of low carb. Now that behavior has cost me. Oh well. Moving forward. Where do I go to see some ideas for snacks? Keep in mind foods that are available in Canada.

Greek yogurt + berries or strawberries or chocolate chips or pineapple. I also have carrots and hummus. I also tried banana and almond butter or apple and almond butter or sunflower butter. I stay away from peanut butter due to various reasons.

Look for some cook books from people like Mike Dolce, Mike Matthews, websites/social media groups like Skinnytaste are good places to start. 😎

Cucumber is a source of both soluble and insoluble fiber. It’s low calorie and tastes good with hummus or other dips of your choosing
