Forgot to weigh myself. I didn't make it to the gym yesterday so I went today. Worked on lower body strength. Only 15 minutes of cardio. I will shoot for 20 minutes next time, and maybe 30 after that.

The air is so hot, hazy, and muggy that is sapping all my energy to go outside even for a few minutes. They say the smoke from the Canadian wildfires has finally made it down here.

I made a bad 3pm lunch choice: Culver's butter burger and a peanut butter shake. At least I got the smaller sizes and no cheese or bacon. Small victory.
