I could really feel it yesterday after 2 days in a row. A good feeling but hard to sit at a desk all day. I kept having to get up and move around. I let my muscles recover yesterday.
My ceiling bracket should be here by tomorrow, am anxious to get it mounted there instead of using my front door.

I love TRX! It is challenging and when you see progress it is exciting. The triceps push is great. Our trainers also have us put our feet in the straps for elongated pushups...hard!

I'm liking it, not a lot of time today so did a 15 minute arms/upper body workout. My muscles were still quivering an hour later. Hoping the ceiling mount arrives tomorrow.
