Good morning FS fam. Feeling a bit frustrated today. I finally started dropping the weight from vacation and then ate it back over the weekend. I know I need to be consistent if I want to lose and keep it off but I keep sabotaging myself. WHY!?!

I will try again today... and remind myself consistency is the key!!

I do the same thing! I still log everything, then just get back on track for the next meal.

its not easy. we are always tempted. and we are human so sometimes give in to those temptations. tomorrow is a new day.

Monday the 12th, I was embarrassed to log 3164 calories, but I logged everything. I recovered from that bad day. I always remind myself that it is ridiculous to lie to myself about the calories I consume. Honesty is mandatory.

Weight loss occurs more slowly than you might think. The weight numbers are for decoration. It is best not to worry about stagnation periods, as they come to everyone. Let's go slowly.✨ ▽<|b✨
