Rather tasty.

The Kale Salad was a last minute substitution, was supposed to be on Steamed Gai Lan. The neightbour had too much Kale Salad, so gave some to me, the Gai Lan had taken a turn, and was not looking great.. this was a wonderfully tasty surprise. The Chicken turned out fab, wit ha good kick of heat in it from the H/M Chili Oil.

Oh and that is one of my fave dishes, it's a Vintage Nippon serving bowl.

S.Rosen, it really was, the Kale added a nice texture, tonight I am trying it with some lean beef strips I have had marinating for 2 days.
