fat 40.9% well expected after Flamenco night yesterday. I had my meals but unfortunately I got hungry when we got to the event. had some jambon on bread, not 1 or 2, 5 ! then some pilau rice, , I left the seafood there and a 2nd glass of wine. thank goodness I managed some exercise. today I have the same meal plan, tomorrow father "s day so there will probably be cake☺️
