Following is a paste of the suggestion I made to Fatsecret: I would pay a premium (maybe a one time fee or annual fee) if you had a NSFW option for food pictures on the feed. People who paid the premium could opt for a NSFW filter on photos and toggle it when they wanted to see the pic. I know it's possible because they do it on Reddit. My journal entry of 6-12-23 details my feelings about this issue. Because I am not interested in menu plans, the normal subscription features don't interest me. I do, however, appreciate the app and find it useful. I would happily spend a little cash to support this feature. I hope you would consider something akin to the purchase one makes in game apps to get rid of the ads. A monthly fee to avoid visual triggers seems excessive. Thank you for your time and consideration.

It would be much easier for the software engineers to block / not download all photos than to just block or blurr food pics @Lafyindenim . They might also be able to block "Food Diary“ photos and let Journal photos through which might not achieve what you want. While recognizing a photo as food is technically possible, FS is not staffed for complex features. Anyway, best of luck on your journey.
